This is a sample of my technique, a bit old-fashioned but it works for me. It is a short file that will bring you down, bring you up again, and not put in any suggestions other than to feel relaxed while you're under, and refreshed while you're up. In addition to being a nice sample of my work, it's a good way to get some quick relaxation if you can't listen to a longer file.
