Can't go into trance
Posted: September 26th, 2009, 1:34 pmWhen ever i try and go into trance my body keeps twitching and bringing me out of it is there a way to stop?
There are a couple things you can try.
One would simply be to just keep working with the file you want, for most people it will pass.
Another choice is to go into trance simply thinking to yourself that you will ignore the twitching, that it is a part of the process and will not wake you. If you set your mind to letting it pass it will.
Finally, there are inductions that are good for people with issues like that(or at least hypnotists that can help you work through it). Try a few inductions and see if one works better or see if you can find someone to work with you.
