Hypnosis files like that which are intended to cause a physical change are, in fact, some of the least successful. Still, they have been known to work, there are documented cases where women have increased their breast size 1-2 cup sized from hynosis alone.
Oddly, there's less research on men(that I am aware of).
The file takes you into trance and attempts to connect to the untapped powers of the human mind to make change in it's own body. Whether it will work for you or not, I'm afraid that's something you'll have to find out on your own.
