unlock your mind

Hi, I am new on this forum, and I just would like to ask you about something that happend to me.
I just use an hypnotic sesion, and it's work too well that I decided that I just have to deprogram my mind. and I use your deprogramall file. after a few minutes, The hypnotic file just disappear.
But a few day then I try to achieve the same goal but this time, it was not as effective as the first time and the effect dissapear really fast. and I feel that as it is locked.
mY question would it be in how to unlock my brain?.
