I would advice you listen to my files. I am prejudice like this. From a more sobering point, try this: Lie in bed, alone. Keep lights low. Start with tightening the muscles in your feet. Should they cramp some, it is okay. Immediately relax them, completely. Do the same approach with your calves. Follow through as you did with the feet. Next, continue with the thighs, gut, chest and arms. At the head relax even your eyebrows and forehead. This simple exercise is to help you be more aware of relaxing.
