new to hypnosis with so many questions...

But for now, I'm only going to start out with 1 question.

When listening to files, I've noticed some inconsistencies. I don't know if they're intentional or on purpose, but what's the difference between "you" and "I".

For example: You will no longer remember to smoke
or
I am no longer a smoker.

These aren't examples from a file here (that I know of) just generic examples.

Now, I do understand if it says "you will say to yourself, I am no longer a smoker".

I have seen both used in the same file before and my analytical mind sees it as a flaw.

That sounds like a flaw to me, could be a style issue from the author or could be almost anything. Which file are you talking about?
