Lucid Dreaming

Postby Paladin » August 6th, 2007, 9:38 pm

Has anyone had success with this file? I've been terribly interested in Lucid dreams for a long time, but I've never been able to achieve it via normal methods, like trying to make myself realize I'm in a dream.

Yes - and it can be pretty damn exciting.

One bad thing i must say though is it did mess up my sleep a little bit ( only a little though )

I love it, an extra 9 hours a day to do whatever I like.

How long did it to start working?

With the accelerator, and Cartsten's over2nextfile it worked second try. When I was starting out though I kept a dream log for the five days before in preparation to remember my dreams. After that I stopped and even though I should start again I remember most of them.
