I think I've lost a couple pounds. Has anyone else tried this, and how fast did you lose wieght.

Im starting to listen to this file with the binaural accelerator which I must say is effective for me, not only is the script good but the actual binaural included puts me into a good trance, too bad its shorter than the actual accelerator file.
but ive heard you can make ur mind think ur exercising and boost ur metabolism so im gonna try this and see if i can get rid of my gut, ill keep u guys posted, just started yesterday :)
