So about me, I like to work out prolly 3 or 4 times a week, im pretty well built on the muscles, im like 5"7 185 pounds, the only fat I have on my body is my gut which is pretty big now, im having a hard time gettin rid of it, i eat way too much fast food and I dont do enough cardio, eating healthy has always been my biggest problem, any files someone could suggest, I just need to loose alot of belly fat and I would be good, .
