trance success?

So last night I played the "IncreasedMetabolism" file, which is only 22 minutes long, as I was going to sleep. About halfway through the induction I passed out, this was around midnight. The next thing I know I hear "5, awake and refreshed", and I wake up. My first thought was that I had gone into trance and came back at the end, a success. Then I look at the clock and it 3:30 in the morning. I had the file on repeat so I listened to it 10 times before I woke up, induction and awakeners on all of them. So did I go into trance or did I fall asleep and wake up because someone told me to?

hey, i dont know about your question because i have the same one. i didnt realize that you had posted this or i would not have posted the one that i did. i fell asleep too, listeining to the same file. It wasnt on repeat, but i kept waking up periodically and falling asleep again. so maybe we just went deep into trance? hmm...
