This is sort of the 'basic' hypnosis file, the companion to my 'sample' piece. It contains a trigger phrase that will help me bring you under in the future if you need it, and asks you to email me to let me know you've listened. Other than that, it simply relaxes, deepens, and wakes you up at the end. I'd recommend using this before any of my other files, as they all use the same phrase in their process, and this is the only file that establishes that phrase as a deepening agent.
